Painting and wall finishing in Dubai
A good paint finish is mostly preparation: filling, skimming, sanding and priming before the first coat goes on.

Overview
About painting & finishing
Whether it is a full repaint before moving in, a refresh at the end of a tenancy or the final coat on new gypsum work, the result depends on what happens before the colour goes on: protecting floors and furniture, repairing cracks and holes, skimming uneven surfaces and priming new plaster or board.
Dubai is hard on interiors. Air conditioning runs most of the year, wet areas stay humid and strong sun falls near the glazing. Choosing the right product for each room, such as washable finishes in busy areas and moisture-resistant coatings in bathrooms, keeps walls looking right for longer.
We work with the paint brand and colours you choose, or suggest suitable products for each surface.

Questions
Painting & Finishing: frequently asked questions
How much does interior painting cost in Dubai?
It depends on the area, the condition of the surfaces, the number of coats, the product and the colour change (going from dark to light needs more coats). You’ll receive an itemised quotation after a visit or from photos and floor plans.
How long does it take to paint an apartment?
That depends on its size, how much preparation the walls need and whether it is occupied. The schedule is confirmed in your quotation.
Do I need to move my furniture?
Furniture is moved to the middle of each room and covered, and floors are protected. For full repaints we agree a room-by-room plan with you.
Can you paint while we are living there?
Yes. The work is planned room by room, and low-odour products can be used if you prefer.
Which paint brand do you use?
Your choice. If you have no preference, the quotation suggests suitable products for each surface.
